A Lakefront Pied-à-Terre

The art was the driving force here, but we never used the art as a jumping-off point for color or furniture choices. The rooms feel beautiful on their own. The art adds the finishing touch — and nothing feels too perfectly paired.

The view from the dining room windows was more city than scape, so a custom banquette became the focal point of this garden-inspired formal dining room.

A favorite space is a large dressing room (converted from a spare bedroom) straight out of London’s Savile Row.
